- Full name used when your order was placed.
- Order number (found in the subject line of your confirmation email.)
- Email address used when your order was placed.
Most inquiries are answered within the same business day (usually within 1 or 2 hours), but please allow us a 24 hour turn around time.
Customer Pick Up
We do not have a storefront, but we are happy to set an order aside for you to pick up.
If you would like to get a pickup order set up, please call in your order at 1-866-477-4867 so our system does not charge you shipping. All store pickups will be done between 9am-4pm Standard Mountain time. Please have a photo ID ready upon pickup.
