If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return most items* within 30 days of receiving your order to receive a replacement or refund. Read the fine print here.
Follow these 3 easy steps to return a product:
| Step 1: | Log into your customer account, and select the item you want to return. Orders eligible for return will show the 'Return or replace item(s)' link. |
| Step 2: | Pack up the product(s) to be returned. Please return all products in their original packaging.Write the RMA# on the outside of the shipping box. |
| Step 3: | Drop off the package at the nearest shipping facility (check your shipping label for details.) |
That's it! We'll send you an email when the items are returned to our warehouse.
We process refunds on returned items within 3-5 business days after the return is processed.
- Weekends and holiday processing times will vary.
- It may take additional time before your refund is processed during busy holiday seasons.
- Orders placed through Amazon, eBay, or paid for using PayPal, Sezzle, Apple Pay or Affirm, see refunds credited back to the original merchant, who then issues the refund back to your original payment method.
