For approved domestic returns within the 30-day return period, Airgun Depot will provide a return shipping label for merchandise that is either inoperable or arrived damaged during shipping. Please note that we can't refund any other shipping charges.
Unfortunately, due to current shipping policies, we cannot provide return shipping labels for international customers. However, if you have an eligible return and paid for return shipping, please email us at orders@airgundepot.com with a valid receipt, and we will refund your return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to review and potentially deny any refund shipping charge requests.
