FFL Dealer

An FFL dealer is a person or business that is registered to accept items federally classified as a legal firearm.  Some state laws do not differentiate between an airgun and a firearm.

If you receive an email stating we cannot ship to your address and you live in a restricted area, we may be able to ship your order to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer with their permission.

Shipping to a dealer

To ship an item, a transfer must occur between you and a registered dealer.  Airgun Depot cannot act as an agent on your behalf.

Perform an internet search such as; "FFL Dealer in [your zip code]"and choose one that suits your needs. 

• We are not required to keep an FFL certificate because we do not deal in firearms. 

After you locate a dealer

Place an order on our website, then forward the email we send to your dealer for further processing.

• We will only ship to a dealer after receiving express permission.  
• We ship your order care-of; you are responsible for tracking your order to delivery. 
  We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.
