We're happy to honor your cancellation request as long as our warehouse team hasn't begun preparing your order for shipment. To cancel, please log into your account and click "My Orders" from the account menu. You can cancel any order that shows a status of "received." If the status is "processing" or "shipped," it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
To cancel an order:
- Click "My account."
- Select "My orders."
- Click the details link of the order you want to cancel.
- Click cancel.
- A confirmation will appear, and we will send you an email confirming the order is canceled.
